Frigidaire M/#-FGF354BGWE made in 1995

The oven lock keeps going on and off nonstop.
Resetting it by unplugging it doesn't work.

Is there a way to bypass the lock ability altogether since we don't use the clean function and don't need it? Or would that not help?

THANK YOU!

Hi Michelle,

There are two switches on the door lock. According to the wiring diagram one switch is NO (normally open) and another one is NC (normally closed). The control reads position of the switches and operates with the door lock motor depends on the reading.

Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire range Model FGF354BGWF

Gene.
