oven broiler and bake will not heat

Model Number: KERC500YAL1 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: More than 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

The broiler and bake went out at the same time and will not heat. The stove top and clock works just fine. What do you think it is and how can I fix it?

Pull the range out of the wall, remove the back panel and check the wires to all heating elements, especially the common wire.

If there is nothing wrong then the control board has gone bad.

In order to provide the right part number for the control board we need the color of the key panel.
