When my roasts started coming out rare and my pies flat, i checked with an oven thermometer and sure enough temps are all over the place--generally too low, but do shoot up.
inside the oven there are two probe-looking items protruding from the back wall. i'm hoping that replacing one (both?) might solve the problem. looks like this can be done from inside the oven (which is good).
need some advice. thanks.
