We have had to replace the oven igniter about 5 years ago on a 15 year old Kenmore gas range. Yesterday we tried to bake and set the temperature and the LED shows the start temperature and after about 30 seconds just goes off (the LED goes off). The oven seemed to be a little warm. Anyway, does this sound like an oven igniter problem? And if so is the proceedure to replace it the same as described on the forum for different but similar ranges? Thank you all in advance.
