This range is about 5 to 6 years old. The oven is not heating at all but the top burners are working fine. I've been told it's the elements but it does'nt make sense to me that the top and bottom element would stop working completely at the same time. Could we be talking about a fuse or thermostat? Any advise is appreciated.

According to the wiring schematic there are no fuses in the oven heating circuit. Most likely the problem is a bad control board. It is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the overlay together with the control board because it has been glued and it's very hard to remove the old overlay without damage to it. - The part number for the control board is AP3215567 - The part number for the overlay is AP2126682 Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire range Model PLEF398CCCGene.
