M:confused: y combo "ultimate cook" micro on top, oven on bottom, didn't work properly after using the ultimate cook feature and then onto micro cooking. Micro doesn't warm like it should anyway. A repair man came out and stated it was the control panel. Had one installed and now the ultimate cook doesn't work at all and the microwave is just so-so like it was before? Any ideas?

The first idea is to call this guy and let him fix it or return money he got. He did not fix it yet and he is fully responsible for his job.
