Jenn-Air oven heats VERY slow, but will not reach 400 degrees. It doesn't matter if it is convection or normal baking. It will start to preheat and will increase in temp, but takes forever. Please help. Thanks

I still cannot get the oven to heat properly. It will heat up to 350, but not higher. Any direction would be appreciated. Thanks
