Based on the initial post, but I also have to wander if you also have a bad Thermostat, Part number: AP4092858
Are you sure the igniter does not come on at all, unless you select the Broil setting ? If you have a multimeter, you need to check for 120 VAC on the wires going to the igniter, from the thermostat on both settings, we'd have a better idea. Hopefully it's not both. Good Luck, :) :) :)
