Oven temp. control
Model Number: JMW8527DAB Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 1 - 5 years
The oven temp. swings 40 degrees when operating.
The sensor is new. Can the control be recalibrated? Ads By Google Related Models

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for JMW8527DAB models | AppliancePartsPros.com Here is your operators manual http://www.kitchenaid.ca/assets/pdfs...0W10169641.pdf The temperature can be calibrated (see the operators manual) but this just raises or lowers it. It will not solve a temperature swing. If both the bake and broil elements are OK then probably the control board is shot. I do not know if I would invest close to $300.00 into the older unit.
