Default F2 E6 Whirlpool

I am getting this code on my double oven. RBD276PDB12

What should I do? What parts do I need? How hard is it to do?

w2002s,

According to the wiring diagram there is a safety thermostat (#141 on the break down diagram) which, if it's open, interrupts power to both heating elements. I'm not sure where it's located. It could be on top of the oven (behind the control panel) or on the back of the oven.

- The part number for the safety thermostat is AP2145826

Hi Gene I check the safety thermostat with a digital ohm meter across the two prone it displayed 00.0. do that indicate a closed circuit?

Did you disconnect wires from the thermostat prior to testing?

Gene.
