Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Hello Tucson Alan,

Would the cooling fan work in non-self-clean operation?

If it would not then check for 120 VAC to the motor while the control calls for heating in any mode.

Post the results.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for GE PT956BM3BB Wall Oven - AppliancePartsPros.com

From reading the post on here it seems as though I need to replace the control panel. However, there are several parts to the control panel. Would you know what part #I should order? Also, is there a special place to order from other than Whirlpool?

Thanks for your help!
Hi,

Most likely the problem is a bad control board (electronic part behind the control panel) but there is a small chance for the control panel (part with the keypad) to be bad as well. I would replace the control board first.

- The control board Part number: W10340941

Part number: W10340941

Hi,

What is the complete model number of the oven?

The "F10" error code means "Runaway temperature". Per your report the temperature sensor checks OK. So the solution is to replace the Electronic Oven Control (EOC). It is recommended to replace it together with the overlay because it's adhered to the EOC. If you need the correct part number for the overlay, post the color of it.

- The EOC Part number: 316557118

Part number: 316557118

Voltage across Gray and w/r and w/b when oven on or self clean. No continuity though across fan leads

Sounds like the fan motor has gone bad.

- The fan motor Part number: WB26X10264

Part number: WB26X10264
