I have (1) element that will not come on at all and (1) element that cycles on and off fairly frequently causing it to not maintain proper temps. How can I determine whether my problem is with the burner elements/limiters or the infinite control located behind the control knobs? I would rather only replace the parts I need to instead of guessing and replacing parts that don't need to be replaced.

The oven and other (2) elements function properly.
