The Bake Element on my Kitchen Aide oven burned out. Is this an easy replacement? Does it just push on?

there are two screw holding element in place in oven ,remove them , it may be easier to disconnect wiring to element by removing back cover, then remove push on connectors from element, oh ya ,unplug stove first
