Electric oven takes a long time to heat

Model Number: PLES389ECD Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

My electric oven takes over 1 hour to heat up. No error codes are displayed
It get hot but take over an hour to get to selected temp.

I'm guessing it is either the probe or the thermostat. Does anyone have experience with this?
