Model Number: RF302BXEN0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
The bake and broil elements do not heat. The indicator light on the control panel does not come on either. All the surface elements work fine and their indicator light comes on. Could this be the thermal fuse?

your oven does not have a thermal fuse. i would bet you either have a burn't wire at the oven thermostat, or you need a new thermostat. the thermostat part # is 3169307. tom ******************************************** - parts
