Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

After running the self cleaning, oven will not work. Board seems to be working, but elements will not heat up in any mode. I am getting code F1; 03 which, according to the information I have been able to get talks about connections. I have checked them all and all seems to be OK. Any suggestion or ideas on what else to check and how?

You will need a meter to check things. I would first look at the self clean circuits for a switch failure.
