cooktop purchased in 1998 - recently a pot boiled over and the 2 left xlo burners no longer work - they do not get gas nor do they get spark - all 4 of the other burners work fine -also if i have to get into the burner is there a special tool to remove what appears to be a threaded part holding the base in place? advise would be greatly appreciated
