Model Number: MER6872BAW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
Facing stove - right hand 8" burner only heats up the inside part of the coil which would fit a small pan. The outer part of the coil which is used for large pans does not heat up. Bought new 8" element kit and it does same thing, so it isn't the element. So what else could it be?
