oven won't start in any mode (bake broil clean conv bake) but clock works, timer,and oven lite. I get no fail code so I'm stuck.

I also made sure that the control lockout was off.
Check door switch it was ok
Check the bake and broil element to see if I had continuity that was ok

I'm hoping someone can help me out?

Here is your parts breakdown includes a wiring diagram
Model PLEB30S8CCC

Could be the switch,thermal Item 119 in the "Body" section.
Listed as F119 at the bottom of the list

Could be this is open (did not reset). Happens fairly often after a self clean cycle.

Yes
Measure it with a meter

Just be sure to remove the wires from one side when checking it

There is a good sticky at the start of this forum
