I recently bought a home where the stove burners were all missing. The Range is a Whirlpool GR563LXST1. I ordered two of the five elements with your company, lifted the cooktop hood to install, and found nothing but white insulation and a green (ground wire?) unattached wire. I'm wondering if there is a board or something that receives the prongs attached to the burner element? If so, please help me identify it so that I can order it. Thank you.
