Recently having problems getting oven to heat up to desired temperature. When utilizing preheat function, broiler comes on and starts the process, glow ignitor comes on, however, gas is not released to ignite oven burner. Broiler goes ultimately goes off and oven does not reach desired temperature.

Very recently changed gas safety valve thinking their might be a sticking valve problem, however this did not correct the problem. At this point I'm wondering if control panel or a heat senor could be the problem. Any thoughts?
