OUr oven was not heating up higher than 400 degrees so we replaced the ignitor. It appears that now, the oven does not work at all & we are thinking we need to replace the other 2 ignitors. Does anyone have the specs for this viking oven before I replace the parts to make sure. Found a real good source for parts on ****--$25 for the ignitor.

Thanks.

Cheaper is not always better. There's a safety valve and the ignitors must draw a certain amperage to open the valve. 3amp +... a new ignitor should draw close to 3.5amps. Expect to pay upward of $60 for 1 ignitor, replace both at the same time. There's some generics that will work, but will only last a year, there's others for $25 that won't draw enough amps to open the valve at all. $50 lesson for you that if the part needed is ~$60 most places and you find that one for $25 that you probably should have just spent what the market was telling you.

p/n is PB040001

Edit: **WOW that post was old** Scarey, don't be cheap and please follow my advice
