Model Number: 86AB-1 Brand: Magic Chef Age: More than 10 years
The button that controls the front left electric burner as you are facing the stove top doesn't always turn off the burner. Not sure if the trouble is with the button or with the burner itself. How can I be sure, the others work fine. What would be the cost of a new button or new burner electric element that fits into the stove?

I cannot find any info on the given model number, please check it.
Model Number Locator Sounds like the infinite control switch for that unit is toast. Call AppliancePartsPros as they have access to more part info than what is available to me.
