Replacing Oven door hinge

Model Number: sf303pek0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years

Hello, We need to replace a oven door hinge, have parts and ready to go. I could not find any info on this process for my model. I have done a fair amount of appliance work, but this it my first hinge...looks like a pain.

I thought I would inquire for your wisdom/instruction to save hassles

I bought 2 hinges, makes sense to replace both while I'm there.
