im having problems with my oven . first the bottom element went out then a few weeks later the bottom went out. should i replace both elements or should i replace the circuit board? does any one know?

Pull the range out of the wall. Remove the rear cover and check all wires from the control to the heating elements. Check both heating elements for continuity. Post the results.

Sounds like the problem is a bad Electronic Oven Control. It has to be replaced together with the overlay.
