model ID tag is not legible any longer. Even under magnifier glass.

There a couple things that you may be able to do.
1. Magic Chef is Maytag so you could remove the element and take it to a Maytag/Magic Chef parts supplier or dealer and see if they can match it up visually.
2. Open up the back and see if you can get a part number off a part. The timer is a good item for this. Then with luck we can find out which units use that timer and then look at them to see what element they use. |
