We don't use time bake but from time to time it becomes activated and we can't seem to get out of the time bake mode. I have to keep setting the stop time ahead so we can bake. After maybe a week of this it will finally work.

I would spray the timer mechanism with a non-residue cleaning spry available at Lowe's and make sure the stop and start buttons come out all the way and the time setting mechanism stops at the off position. Just exercise all the controls while spraying.
