Oven door inner glass broken -

Model Number: RBD305 PD89 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

New guy. Spilled liquid from roaster pan while loading pan into pre-heated upper oven. Immediately cracked the inner glass on the oven door when the liquid contacted the 400 degree surface.

Found glass part on-line but not sure if there may be further damage - other glass, gaskets to be replaced, etc.

Also, I do not have a comprehensive users manual, only a "how to enjoy your double oven" new owners book. No parts list, no diagrams, etc..

Not sure how to go about taking door off. Removed 6 phillips head screws from the inner door surface facing. Inner panel does not "lift out" readily. Appears door needs to be

lifted off and then ???

Note "Fossil" - I'm not the most able mechanic or fixit guy, but I am very quick to learn and listen well. Any help or hints would be appreciated.
