On this model there are two burners in the oven. One is below for the oven and the other is at the top of the oven for broiling. The oven burner lights but the broiler burner does not even though the heating element glows. Assuming there is a control valve or valves that control the gas for these two burners, is that the source of the problem and can it be replaced?
