KitchenAid Horror

Model Number: Superba kebs278dss8 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years

this is a double oven, the broiler coil in the top oven is attached to the metal lining of the oven, it is coming down,(not the coil, the metal it is attached to) i thought a screw had fallen out, no screws in top. had sears come by they were told by KitchenAid the whole metal inside needing replacing and it was not available. I refuse to believe that this is fixable,
