Model Number: GLEF378AQE Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
The error code F-1 was displayed after using the oven and the burners would not turn off. I understand that the code refers to the "Clock" or ERC and it needs to be replaced. Is that correct? If yes, what is entailed in replacing the unit? I checked the back of the panel and if the ERC is the unit that has a number of wires connected, it is 3 1/2 by 9 inches. In one of the comments that I read from the list, it stated that the unit this person received from your company was made in one country but the original one was made in another country. Should I check on that too?
