Model Number: RDDS30V Brand: Thermador Age: More than 10 years
I have a Thermador RDDS30V w/ downdraft ventilator circa 1998. One of the ignitors' ceramic insulators has chipped exposing the element and it looks to be shorting to the main top. Nonetheless the burner will not ignite, the others do.
The ignitors and seals for the unit are available. I know I have to remove the venturi tubes which I tried but the main top still did not lift off as I thought it would. What's the trick? I couldn't find fasteners on the sides or elsewhere. Ads By Google Related Models |
