After self-cleaning the lower oven, its door would not unlock. Following directions from "technical support" I was able to get the door to unlock after a series of button presses. But then the rod for the locking mechanism began to spin non-stop. I tried the button presses on the control panel again and the rod on the lower oven stopped, but then the rod on the upper oven started turning continually.
The lower oven can be set to clean, and that's the only time the lock rod will stop turning; it stays in the unlock position.
The upper oven cannot be set at all to clean or bake.
I've powered off the oven at the breaker and re-started it. So far nothing has worked.
Please advise.
Thanks
