Cook top replacement

Model Number: KECD805hbl3 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years

I need to replace the glass top since it cracked recently. How do I do this and is it easy to replace. I am handy and have apporiate tools . . Is there a diagram to show how to do this? Please advise . Thanks all
