Heating elements in my 20+ year old oven have gone out. Are they easy to replace? The bake piece broke in the middle. It appears their is a connector in the back but I do not know how to unconnect the pieces

The elements are easy to replace.
Here's a parts breakdwon for you Model RB120PXK0

The elements are attached to the back of the oven by a couple of screws.
