Broiler works fine oven ignter does not ignite replace igniter still not igniting

Your stove has a dual port valve. Most likely one side is out, the part is Part Details - MAYTAG Kit, valve/reg assy, part number: 12002227

Thanks for your quick reply. In the mean time I took the live wiring from the broiler igniter and wired it to the oven igniter with no success. Does this help you confirm your analysis?
