Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

Our oven occasionally displays an F-5 error code (with attendant beeping) during baking or oven cleaning. Turning the oven off cancels the code. After waiting a couple of minutes resuming the task usually does not recreate the error. This happens infrequently. The Thermador Fault Code list (Appliance Fault Codes) does not list F5.

Can you provide additional information please on what conditions can cause the F5 fault code.

You need a clock control board. I looked up the model #, and I did not find that #. Check the #, and let me know what it is. Tom
