Tappan oven won't heat
 

Oven will not preheat or come up to temp. All other functions appear to be working well. Display reads 'bake locked' after setting temp. Displayed message is not addressed in manual. The thought is that we need to 'unlock the bake' but don't know how - or what purpose this function serves.

It will probably need a oven ignitor. Tom
