The F3 code is for the oven temp sensor. If you check the ohms for it at room temperature it should be around 1100 ohms. The part you will need for this repair, as well as a link to the parts diagram is listed bleow. Hope this helps.

Also, when I put the autoclean the f3 code came on, and the door was locked. I waited for the oven to cool down, but the door is still locked with the screen saying locked.

Have you tried unpluging the range for about 30 min. then seeing if you can get it to unlock? Let me know what this does. Thanks.

Ok found some stuff out on this. First try putting the stove into clean mode, then cancel it out. See if the door will unlock then. If not you will need to check the thermal switch by uninstalling the oven and removing the top cover. The switch should read closed or 0 for continuity. If it is good then you will need to replace the control board and they recommend changing the lock assembly as well. Here are those parts.

I put the oven in clean mode and then cancel, but the door did not unlock. I disconnected the power, and found 0 ohms on the switch located left of the fan. The other switch that looks similar read 18 ohms.

Also, regarding the f3 code, I found 940 ohms at the temp sensor shortly after shutting off power to the oven (the oven has not been baking/broiling/cleaning for a couple of days). But the reading continued to rise slowly. After an hour it read about 1000 ohms. The next morning it read 1260 ohms. Is this normal? And is the sensor good?

Where is the switch located, and why does the temp sensor register rising ohms?

The sensor ohms out based on the temperature. It varies from time to time. The switch is located under the top panel of the oven.
