FC "locked door" flashes. Door not locked.
Model Number: j b900tok2ww Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
After cleaning cycle completes, FC is on display, and "locked door" flashes, but latch on motorized switch is OPEN. Have cut power at the breaker and also tried reset procedure suggested by GE. It does not work. Only stovetop will work now. This is second time I had the problem. The last time I fixed it by using the reset procedure, and also wiggling the latch. It doesn't wok now.

The "FC" error code means that there is a failure in the door lock circuit.
You may want to check the switches in the door latch first. Then check the wire harness from the door latch to the control board.
