control panel operates but cannot see any display out and does not light up and also cannot read the clock. All the control functions for the oven operate and the oven works fine.Just cant see any display

This is fairly common.
There are electrolytic capacitors on the control board over time I think they dry out and can no longer hold a charge so you loose the display.
I am not sure which capacitor it is on this control board but you could replace all of them fairly cheaply. You will need a soldering iron, solder, a de-solder tool or wick and some experience working with electronics.

Or just replace the board.
