Last week I left the oven on overnight and in the morning the oven had gone cold and will not heat up. No heat from the bake or broil element. I did extensive research and tested all the components in the oven. My results indicated that that the elements both ohm'd out at around 16 (not a bad element). The P4 connection (L2 out) on the EOC is not putting out the 120 volts that it should be. I replaced the the probe and tested it at 1000 ohms. What would cause that port on the EOC to not be transmitting the voltage? Thanks in advance for the help.

I suspect your board is bad, but look closely at the wire connections on the bake and broil element, a broken wire can cause no bake or broil

I am taking the voltage reading directly off the EOC. When the relay "Clicks" the Bake port Energizes the yellow lead down to the bake element but the P4 (L2 OUT) port does not energize the orange wire that leads down to the other side of the bake element.
