kenmore oven not heating to dial setting
Model Number: 362.7172891 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
everything else is working fine except clock/timer (which i am not to concerned with) and the oven. it is a gas range. the oven heats but not to selected temp. if we want to bake something on 400. we may get 200.
takes awhile to heat a pizza. my first thought would be thermostat, but i am one of those that really does not mind replacing a part as long i replace the right one. another words, i do not want to keep replacing parts til i finally find the one. this is where you experts come in. am i ready to spend my hard earned dollar on the correct part (thermostat) or might i find i am not even warm......get the pun?
