kenmore elite oven burner won't turn off
Model Number: 790.99013 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
The stove top burner will not turn off- have to unplug the whole oven. Comes back on to red hot when plugged back in.

Most likely the problem is a shorted switch for this burner. The model number you posted is incomplete.
