The oven wont heat -bake,broil or convection .The burners work ,display works fine ,the fans come on and it makes the same noise it always did when it worked.I have replaced - bake & broiler heating elements,oven sensor,also replaced inline fuse running from main power supply in back.Ideas welcome

Check to see if you have a DLB relay, if you do than that could be your problem.
I think it is Item 30 in Section3.

yes it does have a DLB relay,should i do a ohm test ? continuity? if so i have a tester (needle type ) but not real familiar with ohm testing.Do i take it off to test ? Im pretty good at figuring things out but would welcome ideas

Yes it is best to remove it or at least disconnect one sire of what you are measuring. That way you cannot read an alternate/parallel circuit path.

All you can check is that the relay coil has continuity. I am not sure what the resistance should be. If it is open then you know the relay is toast.

The only way to check the relay contacts is to energize the relay.
