How is the touch pad panel removed from the stove...have removed all screws but panel still tight to stove top. Bottom of panel seems loose.

What is the model number of the range so I can better assist you? This should be a frilly simple job.

I have figured out how to remove the touchpad panel. The model# is JDS9860AAW. Thank you.

Now, I think I need to replace the touchpad since the '9' and '0' numbers do not work. Please give me a price for replacing same.
