Oven not heating up completely

Model Number: CRG9700AL Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

I am trying to troubleshoot to determine what might be wrong with my oven (other than it's old....) The oven will not heat up past 200 even when you set it to 550! I also noticed that the broiler in the upper section goes out after a while.
Where should I start?
