Install kit valve and screw part #AP4009578

Model Number: cgr3760bdw Brand: Magic Chef Age: 1 - 5 years

The stem coming out of the front of the stove that the knob attaches to spins easily and when turned to off will turn beyond the off position. The spark lights when turned to lite however no gas comes out of that burner. So i figure this part needs to be replaced - kit valve and screw part #AP4009578.

Is this something I could install myself? Im a little handy but obviously am unsure.
