Default Dual element or switch troubleshoot
Model Number: FED367CEBA   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a glass top electric range with a dual element which only works in the 6" mode, not the larger 9" mode. this function is controlled by a rocker switch on the front panel. Please see attached URL for you site diagram location.
Model FED367CEBA

My question is; How do I access the Switch to short out the terminals so that I can test if this problem is a switch or element issue? Assuming it is the element, how do I lift the glass and replace the element?

Thanks for any help.
