According the electric diagram (view attached file) the problem is the K1 Bake relay.
- The part number for the relay board is AP3383664 Here are the break down diagrams for the Thermador oven/microwave combo Model SMW272B Gene.

Today was the third time since I bought this single oven range 10 years ago that I've had the opportunity to repair this board. This is a $2.00 (retail cost - closer to $0.50 for the manufacturer) Form 1A relay manufactured by a variety of suppliers. Every failure I've seen is the Bake relay. The OMRON series is an "8GP PCB Relay" that is is likely 9 V rated. I just looked up the replacement assembly and found it priced online at $745. In my opinion this is clearly a low quality design/reliability issue. I think its a sad statement about "just good enough to get by" design. Imagine the anguish and frustration that might have been saved for an additional 0.10 or $0.20 it would cost for a slightly more durable component.
